Welcome to Amirah (theamirah.store). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

All jewelry is made from stainless steel and described as accurately as possible, including material, finish, and care properties (e.g. waterproof, tarnish-resistant). Slight color variations may occur due to screen display settings.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm the shipping details provided are accurate.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Amirah and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amirah is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
